Had new carpet installed and they stapled through my thermostat wire leaving my heat on (my place was 89 degrees) The choice representative came out and stayed until he found the problem under the carpet. Fast and friendly response, I highly recommend!

I had a new heating unit installed by Choice. First of all, their price was considerably less than the competitors. After installation, there was a problem noted with the air intake pipe. Choice was very cooperative in finding the problem (there were actually 2 separate problems from the prior owners) and fixing them both in a timely manner. Choice replaced my water heater when it stopped working. I called in the morning and they were there in the afternoon. They did the removal and disposal of the old tank and full installation with the natural gas lines and plumbing for the new tank. They were on time and highly professional with their work. They serviced my furnaces last year and did a great job to keep them in good shape. Highly recommend.

The sales guy George was friendly and knowledgeable. The tech Luke that came to run the install was friendly and answered all my questions. System is running great and for half the price of their competitors!
