This service call was A/C general maintenance but the tech determined that a part needed replacing and did that as well, covered under our warranty, which was nice. The tech (Aiden) was pleasant, professional and efficient, as has been my experience with Choice employees since we used them for the replacement of our home’s furnace and A/C system. I had a new heating unit installed by Choice. First of all, their price was considerably less than the competitors. After installation, there was a problem noted with the air intake pipe. Choice was very cooperative in finding the problem (there were actually 2 separate problems from the prior owners) and fixing them both in a timely manner. Choice replaced my water heater when it stopped working. I called in the morning and they were there in the afternoon. They did the removal and disposal of the old tank and full installation with the natural gas lines and plumbing for the new tank. They were on time and highly professional with their work. They serviced my furnaces last year and did a great job to keep them in good shape. Highly recommend.
